September 1, 2010 All Teams Are Required...
	All Teams are required to have League payments in on Game 1, 3 and final payment on game 5 (Failure to pay will result in a team being suspended from play). All Teams are required to have Team Rosters completed with Players Names, Jersey Numbers etc by game 3. All Teams will have Team Rosters frozen after week 5. Captains will not be permitted to add or delete players. Only Players registered with Suffolk County Hockey Leagues will be eligible to play in any Regular Season Game after game 3. All Players must have USA Hockey Insurance or they are not permitted to step on the ice for any Regular Season Game or Playoff Game. Any Player who intentionally looks to injure another Player, Referee, Scorekeeper or Rinx Personnel on or off the ice at The Rinx will be suspended from play and will face a hearing with the SCHL Board Of Directors within 30 days from the incident. September 25, 2009 No tolerance for breaking the Rules!
	We have been fair to the entire League regarding the amount of time given to update all Team Rosters. The Rule states if a player is caught on the ice and not listed on a Team Roster then that Team would have that particular player removed from the ice and the Team caught with the violation would have a 2 minute penalty awarded to them for delay of game. If the League office finds a score sheet with a particular player who is not registered then that particular team in question will have the game changed to a forfeit. Any Team Captain who has had this occur to them without the League being notified may do so in writing and we will change the outcome of the game results! There is 0 tolerance for this kind of move and it will be enforced for the benefit of fair play
